展覧会｜京都　「山本亮平　陶磁器展」開催のお知らせ。

山本亮平さんは佐賀県有田町の古窯跡地の傍で、肥前古陶磁の技術を手がかりに作陶されています。2020年に築いた土窯は焼成の度に剥がれては修復され、新陳代謝を繰り返しながら行われる山本さんの器作り。厳選した素材と技法でできた器は、滋味深く無垢な佇まいで人々を魅了します。今展では、白瓷（はくじ）や染付、灰陶の器を中心に、日常使いの食器や茶器をメインに展示いたします。どうぞご高覧ください。

We are pleased to announce an exhibition by Ryohei Yamamoto, a potter based in Arita, Saga Prefecture. He uses the traditional technique of Hizen and works near a ruin of old kiln. His earth kiln was built in 2020 and is repaired and renewed every time after firing. His works are made of material and technique that being carefully selected. Therefore they are so pure and simple that you could not stop looking at them. This time he mainly brings us Hakuji, Sometsuke and Kaitou. There will be tablewares and tea sets for daily use on show.
