長野県でブロンズ作品を制作される須田貴世子さんの展覧会を開催いたします。須田さんは蝋で原型を作り、鋳型に青銅を流す手法で作品を制作されます。仕上げには塩や酢を用い、時間と自然の力を受けることで金属でありながら柔らかく複雑な表情を持つ鋳肌が生まれます。本展では、花器や敷板、皿などの日常で使える作品に加え、造形として楽しむオブジェもご覧いただけます。青銅の風合いや素材の個性が、静かに時を重ねたかのような深みを感じさせてくれます。どうぞご高覧ください。

We are pleased to present an exhibition of works by Kiyoko Suda, a bronze artist based in Nagano Prefecture. She creates her works by first shaping wax models, which are then cast in bronze. The finishing process involves the use of salt and vinegar, allowing time and the forces of nature to shape the surface, resulting in a casting texture that, though metallic, possesses a soft and complex character.This exhibition features both functional pieces—such as vases, trays, and plates—and sculptural objects meant for aesthetic appreciation. The subtle nuances of the bronze and the qualities of the materials convey a quiet depth, as if they have gently accumulated the passage of time. We warmly invite you to experience these works.
